DELIVERY POLICY

At Nuha’s Wardrobe, we’re dedicated to making your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Our delivery policy is designed to ensure that your orders are promptly and securely delivered to your doorstep. Explore our shipping methods, delivery times, and any associated fees to have a smooth and convenient shopping journey.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Nuha’s Wardrobe may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, found damaged during a quality check, technical error such as wrong prices or credit card or Bkash payment is declined.

Delivery Location & Payment Method

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in all of Bangladesh. We don’t ship outside Bangladesh.

We provide cash on delivery in the Dhaka & Chattogram city areas. For areas outside Dhaka & Chattogram city area advanced payment is needed to complete the purchase.

 

Delivery Time & Instructions

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to deliver your order within 3-5 days. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

We recommend checking the product while receiving the delivery, preferably in the presence of our delivery agent. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Our delivery charges are as follows

• BDT 100 is inside the Dhaka city area for a single product.
• BDT 130 is inside the Chattogram city area for a single product.
• BDT 150 for outside Dhaka & Chattogram city areas for a single product.

The delivery charge will increase by 30 BDT for Morethen One Every Per Product. 

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
