  • Customers choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) have the right to inspect the product upon delivery.
  • If there are any issues with the product (e.g., defects, wrong item, or damage), it can be exchanged immediately with the delivery person.

2. Return Policy

  • If a customer decides they do not like the product after inspection, it can be returned at the time of delivery.
  • However, the delivery charge must be paid by the customer in such cases.

3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the delivery process is complete.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable in cases where the customer decides to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., not liking the product).
  • In cases of defective or incorrect items, delivery charges will be waived, and the item will be exchanged without additional cost.
